Kayaking and Jumping Off Rock Walls

So we (Bryon, Ross, Brecca, and Myself) all decided to go to Causey Dam, up Weber Canyon and have a fun day in the sun🌞 and water🌊. The weather was perfect for a day on the lake.

We unloaded the 4 kayaks and made our way down the beach⛱; walking was a bit of a challenge due to the thick, gooey mud. When we finally got in the water, we were all smiles😄 and ready for a ton of fun. Then, something happened...😯

Bryon decided to get a little too playful🙃 while trying to splash Brecca a little too hard and tipped his kayak over and dumped himself and all the contents of his boat into the water😰. Haha! We were all dying😂. Bryon, try as he might, couldn't get back into his little ship so Ross jumped out of his kayak to go rescue our friend👬. They swam to the shore and were able to get back into their vehicles and us girls👭, using our brains and the rope I had in my boat, figured out how to pull everything that had been left in the middle of the lake (us, Ross's kayak and Bryon's oar) to the side.

After that little incident, it was a calm afternoon spent rowing down the river🏞, jumping off 10' and 20' rocks🏔 (scored at an average of 3.5 out of 5 by the BBRos), swimming🏊 in SUPER cold water and talking and hanging out (with some splashing coming from Bryon and retaliated by Brecca). It was a wonderful day.

Three hours later🕔, we ended our fun on the lake, packed up and drove home. We were covered in dirty, stinky lake water so we all showered🚿, cleaned out the truck, sprayed down the kayaks and then ate delicious hamburgers🍔 with Bryon's family. We definitely have plans to do that trip again soon.

I love all y'all! #StayBeautiful 😙

So, I didn't do any type of review, I just wrote about the trip📝. I think that is what most of the posts I write will be about (and will hopefully include a few pictures😎). If you do, however, have questions❔ about location, food, gear, travel, etc., please feel free to ask in the comments and the BBROs will do our best to answer🗯.
